Esteemed Napa Valley winemaker Chris Dearden has finally opened the doors to Sleeping Giant Winery in the Tuscan-like rolling hills of the Los Carneros AVA. Chris purchased this 12-acre estate in 2006, and recently constructed a spectacular winery designed for our guests to enjoy tasting with vineyard views at almost every angle. This is the culmination of an illustrious 30-year career as the winemaker behind many critically acclaimed Napa wines and consulting in the cellars of some of the most famed wineries in the world.

Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon Sensory Experience

Sleeping Giant Winery invites you to embark on a sensory journey unlike any other. Here, you will taste through a special collection of Cabernet Sauvignon bottles sourced from some of the most heralded vineyards and vintages in Napa Valley history. This experience also includes a taste from one of our coveted Cabernet Sauvignon barrels that has yet to be released.
